what's life after marathon

i am eager to start training. when i was in new york, i went to 5th ave. visited citysports and got me a new pair of running shoes. an asics. i always wanted an asics. got good advice from the store people. i have never felt so satisfied. the next morning i slipped into it and ran in central park. it was like 12 C and i felt i was in heaven. did 10 km and i barely sweat. i remember last time i experience this when i was in urumqi, china. stayed at hilton and on the way back, droped by for starbucks. good life.



i got myself a pair of vibram five fingers. yet to run in it.



was chauffeured around in a limo in new york. nice.
